Proud to have participated in the 1st Bay Area Latino Festival at the Oakland Oracle/Coliseum. I took part in the day version, great art and music. The event followed up in the evening with a concert featuring several bands including Los Angeles Azules, Ozomatli, Los Rakas – from Oaktown! – and the legendary Los Tigres del Norte. Viva Mexico! Richmond Art Center

The Richmond Art Center book is a catalogue featuring artist and their works who have exhibited in The Richmond Art Center to celebrate its 75th anniversary (1936 – 2011).

I am honored to have been included, especially since I was fortunate to have been invited to have a solo show in this historic space in 2001. Anthony Pinata, a dear friend of mine and fellow artist, was the brainchild behind this poignant and important endeavor.
