    • Thank you for your correspondence and congratulations on your exhibit at Joyce Gordon Gallery. I have shown there in the past and will be part of a group show titled “We Are You” in August. Come to the reception on First Friday August 2nd so we could meet. Eric Murphy is my pal. By the way you have great work.

  1. Thanks for liking my post, I love your paintings! they’re really interesting and love the stories behind them. They are beautiful and playful, but also thought provoking.

    • Great! I absolutely enjoy making images…. I’ve been doing it for quite some time…. thanks for the “virtual” friendship…. would love to visit the UK sometime soon… much powerful art there! – Gabriel (in California).

  2. wow you’re an amazing artist really I couldnt help myself to just take my time on giving a second and deeper look to your paintings, very interesting and different

    • Hi Carol, thank you for your kind words about my work… I deeply enjoy image-making and have been involved in the arts for quite some time. If you’d like, you may view some more paintings (and poems) on my web-site: http://gabrielnavar.com (also on facebook). Be well, Gabriel (in California)

  3. I appreciate it…. by the way, I write (not very often though) “stream-of-consciousness” poems (I’ve been very fortunate to have had some published along with music and singing… have a great and blessed weekend! – Gabriel

  4. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! I wish each was shown individually, or maybe I’m just not able to figure out how to look at them that way. Anyway, glad I found you. Your apparent themes (right word? not sure…) are so varied and some are of particular interest to me.
