On this very cold first week of December, I decided to do a composite painting that involves a “bandaged-ear” van Gogh in the midst of a selfie while predominantly warm colours burst to keep us all warm!

Wonderful… by the way, the dress was inspired by a dress worn by a cousin who wore it and posted herself (a selfie) on facebook… I, of course, painted with a “twist”. – Best, Gabriel
